ABOUT
Bob Bernardo is the founder of Medicare Benefit Advisers, an organization that provides free and unbiased advice on Medicare health plans. He started this venture out of a thirst for knowledge about Medicare and to assist his siblings in navigating the complexities of the Medicare system.
After a 30-year hiatus, Bob returned to the insurance industry in 2017, having previously worked at Merrill Lynch in the 1980s. His expertise lies in helping individuals understand their Medicare options and make informed decisions. In his spare time, Bob enjoys various activities, including swimming, biking (at the gym), scuba diving, golf, and exploring the Mojave Desert.
Claudia Mena joined us in 2022 and is now a fully licensed Medicare agent.
Before Medicare, Claudia spent over 20 years in the crucial role of a public educator working with our nation’s future generations. It was there she received the training, knowledge and commitment to be able to confidently teach hundreds of futurists.
Today, she continues teaching by helping Medicare beneficiaries understand and navigate the complexities of the system through education. Whether it is IRMAA charges, medications, specialists, or other coverage options, you will have her as your advocate and guide.
When not helping a current or future client, Claudia spends her time relaxing at home with family, researching new (yummy) recipes and enjoying physical activities. Somehow, she still has time to be a social butterfly and you will find her chatting with everyone (and anyone) usually at the gym.
